Amish Acres Round Barn Musical Theatre - Attend a theatre production in the famous "Round Barn". It is located in Amish Acres and only 10 minutes from the Inn. Quilt Garden Tour accents area heritage - The fabric of life in Amish Country - a colorful combination of nature and art - will be even brighter this year, with 60,000 flowers blooming in 12 quilt gardens as well as 11 large hand-painted quilt murals standing across Elkhart County. www.QuiltGardensTour.com

Rentown Country Store - A MUST SEE! This Amish grocery store carries an array of useful household items plus home-made Amish breads, jams, pies, fresh fruits and vegetables.

American Countryside Farmers Market - A place like no other! This three story structure is constructed in the old-world tradition using wooden pegs to hold the mortis and tenon wood joints together. The expansive building, longer than a football field, features hundreds of solid heavy timber beams, columns and braces. Built by seven Amish carpenter crews. Open Thurs-Sat. Potato Creek State Park - The park sits on 3,840 acres, Bicycle Trail - has 3.3 mile paved trail, bicycle rentals are available or bring your own. Boats & Canoes - For rental by day or hour. Cross Country Skiing, Fishing - Bass, bluegill, etc. State license required. Horse Trails - For owners of horses (no rentals available), Swimming - Free beach, and Picnic Areas Tables, grills, picnic shelters, playground equipment, playfields (only 15 minutes from B&B).

Four Winds Gambling Boat - Located in New Buffalo, MI. It is 40 minutes West of Scottish Bed and Breakfast.

Heritage Trail - A self guided driving tour of the Amish country. Pick-up CD from Scottish B&B and hear and feel the experiences of the Amish as you drive in the Amish countryside and learn about the history of the area. Very educational and informative!
