DAILY RATES From $99.00 to $139.00 + tax, based on double occupancy ($20 charge for each extra person in room).

Deposit and Refund: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves little chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason, the Inn maintains a strict cancellation policy. A full deposit is required for one-night stays. A 50% deposit is required for two nights or longer stays. Deposits will be refunded only if notice is received by our office no less than 14 days (30 days in July and August) prior to the intended date of arrival. A service charge of $50.00 per room will be deducted from the deposit. Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full. We realize that situations may arise necessitating cancellation within the 14 day limit (30 days in July and August), and do sympathize, however we must maintain our business policy due to limited season and high accommodation demands. A partial refund may be possible only if we are able to re-book the rooms). We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee the reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: Special event weekends, (ND games & festival weekends) will require a minimum 2 night stay and observe a 30 day cancellation policy.

Included in our rate is a full hearty breakfast each morning and snacks in the evening. (We can accommodate special diets if known in advance) Week night business person, state employees, and corporate discounted rates. Call and ask for details. Holiday, special event weekend and seasonal rates may vary.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 - 6:00 PM (earlier or later check-in must be prearranged with innkeeper)

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM (late check-out is subject to a $25 fee)

Well-behaved children over 12 welcome.
Pets ARE welcome (see "pet policy" below).

Indoor smoke-free environment (smoking in outside designated are). There will be a $200 cleaning fee if you choose to smoke in the guestrooms.

Safe and ample parking Consider our gift certificates for that hard to buy for friend or relative. B&B has central air throughout, satellite disk TV with 139 channels & DVD player in all 4 rooms, telephone privileges, private baths and many other special amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

PET POLICY Enjoy your stay knowing your pet is also. Your pet will be safe and happy in the newly completed indoor/outdoor kennel.

  

Our Pet Policy is: 20 lbs. and under your pet is allowed in your room, in a dog crate and there is a $25 fee for the duration of your stay. 21 lbs. and over your pet will stay in our "new" indoor/outdoor "Doggie Hotel" on the B&B grounds. You will be able to exercise your pet on the 2 acres, feed and clean up after your pet. Only a $10 fee for the "doggie hotel" for the duration of your stay. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
